Return Policy
We want you to love your seesee pajamas! If something isn't quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days for free.
Returns
To initiate a return you must first email us at hello@shopseesee.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide the order number and email associated with the order. seesee will send you a shipping label for your return.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed once received and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
seesee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, seesee will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
